People are always wary of big powerful corporations, but I honestly think that I'd rather have corporations in influential positions in society. They are accountable to people more than governments! We should admit, democracy does not work – not when less than 25% of the population bothers to vote. But businesses are profit-driven, their profits come from PEOPLE, and thus their decisions are driven by what WE want. That's the truest form of democracy I know. Long live MNU.
